Given the current situation involving COVID-19, we feel we need to update you all on how this is being handled within Enertor and Enertor Medical (formerly known as rightstride orthotics).
At present, we are business as usual and have taken every precaution possible to ensure a healthy working environment for our staff. Several of our team are working from home but are contactable as normal via email or phone. The Enertor office is open as usual during the hours of 0900 - 1700, but please take note that we are operating with a skeleton workforce to minimize the risk of contracting/spreading the virus while maintaining the needs of you, our customers.
Although we are taking all the necessary precautions we need to make you aware that there may be some small delays on some orders. We are aiming the minimize any delay but feel it is only fair to make you aware of this possibility. We understand that this is not ideal but given the exceptional circumstances, we thank you for your continued support and understanding.

This would reduce the need for a visit to the clinic but is a way of you maintaining service to your patients in need.
